Defines test data for Data::Semantic::Net::IPAddress::IPv6_TEST, but it is also used in the corresponding value and domain classes, i.e., Class::Value::Net::IPAddress::IPv6_TEST and Data::Domain::Net::IPAddress::IPv6_TEST.
