SYNOPSIS

ABSTRACT

This module implements Microsoft compatible encodings for Japanese. Encodings supported are as follows.

DESCRIPTION

To find out how to use this module in detail, see Encode.

INSTALLATION

To install this module type the following:

   perl Makefile.PL
   make
   make test
   make install

If you want to add eucJP-ms to Encode's demand-loading list (so you don't have to "use Encode::EUCJPMS"), run

  enc2xs -C

to update Encode::ConfigLocal, a module that controls local settings. After that, "use Encode;" is enough to load eucJP-ms on demand.

DEPENDENCIES

This module requires perl version 5.7.3 or later.
