RIBASUSHI++ reminded me that to be a usable directory in @INC we need to check -d && -r && -x.

display the full path to a perl module (installed locally)

get the full path to a locally installed module

To install Module::Path, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Module::Path

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Module::Path
