A chunk is a region of designed DNA between 6k and 10k long; it will contain Bio::GeneDesign::BuildingBlock objects, and will be contained within Bio::BioStudio::Megachunk objects. Chunks are typically flanked by unique Bio::BioStudio::RestrictionEnzyme objects.
