Changes for version 0.16 - 2015-07-06

Use built version of dist modules to include in scripts (i.e. when we are using Perinci::CmdLine::Inline).
Don't add runtime prereq to Perinci::CmdLine module if it's Perinci::CmdLine::Inline.

Generate Perinci::CmdLine script

To install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::GenPericmdScript, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::Plugin::GenPericmdScript

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::GenPericmdScript
