[ux] Add -n as a shortcut for common option --dry-run when there is no conflict.
[ux] When in dry-run mode, default to log level 'info' instead of 'warn' because my convention is to use 'info' level to log dry-run messages.
[doc] Update: per_arg_yaml actually defaults to off for Lite.
