[test] Replace dumping all installed modules when diagnosing require test failure to just printing the require'd module's path.

Only allow a list of modules to be locateable/loadable

Allow core modules plus a few others

Disallow a list of modules from being locateable/loadable

Allow/disallow loading modules

To install lib::filter, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm lib::filter

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install lib::filter
