Implement MULTI attribute flag; allows attributes to be invoked multiple times per marked sub

declare and retrieve named attributes about CODE references

To install Attribute::Storage, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Attribute::Storage

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Attribute::Storage
