- add quoted strings using Text::Balanced
- This lets us have matching against things like "BAR/NONE". Though Perl will allow us to treat "0.313" as a number, we do not yet allow 0.313 as an unquoted string.

cpanm App::YAML::Filter

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install App::YAML::Filter
