- Added deploy script for legacy metabase API
- Added explanatory website for legacy metabae API
- Added /tail/log.txt for legacy metabase API. This is used by some users to get pre-release information for incoming test reports.

- Property set the executable bit on the legacy Metabase API
- Refactored deploy script to have less duplication
- Allow cross-origin requests from any domain so you can build your own API consumers using simple JavaScript in the browser
