Config::Any::YAML - Load YAML config files
Loads YAML files. Example:
---
name: TestApp
Controller::Foo:
foo: bar
Model::Baz:
qux: xyzzy
return an array of valid extensions (yml, yaml).
Attempts to load $file as a YAML file.
