- Don't assume that /tmp exists, use File::Temp instead
- Some unixy systems don't have /tmp (android, blackberry 10) which was causing tests in POE to fail.

To install POE::Test::Loops, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm POE::Test::Loops

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install POE::Test::Loops
