IMPROVEMENTS
- add date_from_to to convert from one format to another one (e.g. format %d.%m.%Y to %Y-%m-%d)

provide some helper functions for I18N

class that represents a locale string

To install Mojolicious::Plugin::I18NUtils, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Mojolicious::Plugin::I18NUtils

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Mojolicious::Plugin::I18NUtils
