Changes for version 0.03

Convert common regular expressions checks in to Perl, PHP, and JavaScript code.

Takes care of most of the work of writing a dialect for Regexp::MultiLanguage

JavaScript dialect for Regexp::MultiLanguage.

PHP dialect for Regexp::MultiLanguage.

Perl dialect for Regexp::MultiLanguage.

To install Regexp::MultiLanguage, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Regexp::MultiLanguage

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Regexp::MultiLanguage
