Muster::Hook::Map - Muster map and pmap directive.

Muster::Hook::Map creates two directives, map and pmap (pretty map), used to make lists of pages.
Muster::Hook::Map inherits all methods from Muster::Hook::Directives.
Do some intialization.
Process maps. If there are no matching pages, returns an empty string.
Calculate the page depth of the given page.
To install Muster, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.
