Bio::Phylo::Parsers::Ubiometa - Parser used by Bio::Phylo::IO, no serviceable parts inside
This module parses RDF metadata for uBio namebank records. An example of such a record is here: http://www.ubio.org/authority/metadata.php?lsid=urn:lsid:ubio.org:namebank:2481730
The parser creates a single Bio::Phylo::Taxa::Taxon object to which all metadata are attached as Bio::Phylo::NeXML::Meta objects. This taxon is embedded in a taxa block, or optionally in a Bio::Phylo::Project object if the -as_project flag was provided to the call to parse().

There is a mailing list at https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/bio-phylo for any user or developer questions and discussions.
The uBio metadata parser is called by the Bio::Phylo::IO object. Look there to learn more about parsing.
