Changes for version 0.06

[TESTS] Added a mock version of Sys::Syslog to avoid useless dies when running with old versions of the module in white boxes. [TESTS] t/90-pod.t also makes use of Pod::Checker.

Generic pass/pass_persist extension framework for Net-SNMP

To install SNMP::Extension::PassPersist, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm SNMP::Extension::PassPersist

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install SNMP::Extension::PassPersist
