Changes for version 0.06

Improved module-loading. (won't crash STAF when itself crash)
- Improved unix-makefile. but probably not working yet.
- now have 7 unit tests.

Perl extension for writing STAF Services easily.

To install STAFService, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm STAFService

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install STAFService
