Changes for version 0.16 - 2013-09-11

No functional changes. Skip one riap+unix parse test on Windows due to error in abs_path() (relpath) if file does not exist. I'm trying to make Perinci::CmdLine work on Windows.

Riap::Simple client

To install Perinci::Access::Simple::Client, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Perinci::Access::Simple::Client

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Perinci::Access::Simple::Client
