fix bug where using get_context would throw an error about a missing base for the URI if no other request had been made on this $mech

T::W::M::C can now give you $c

To install Test::WWW::Mechanize::Catalyst::WithContext, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Test::WWW::Mechanize::Catalyst::WithContext

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Test::WWW::Mechanize::Catalyst::WithContext
