Changes for version 3.30

Correction to the negative zero bug workaround in Rmpfr_fits_uintmax_p (which had previously been returning false for (-0, MPFR_RNDD).
Remove Rmpfr_set_str_binary and Rmpfr_print_binary. (Obsolete in mpfr library.)
Fix t/LongDouble.t for change to Math::LongDouble output precision (ticket #111813)

cpanm Math::MPFR
