SysV-Init-Service

Changes for version 0.04 - 2015-02-05

Add OS check (Windows doesn't supported).
Add THEORY section to doc.
Add tests for status() method.
Fix minimal version of Perl (not depend on dependencies).
Fix start(), status() and stop() methods calling.
Remove check for command in commands() output. Add note to commands() subroutine.
Update LICENSE AND COPYRIGHT section in doc.
Update Module::Install to 1.14 version.
Update copyright years.
