Pangloss::Segment::Decline::NotAdmin - decline unless there's an admin user in the session

SYNOPSIS

DESCRIPTION

This class inherits its interface from OpenFrame::WebApp::Segment::Decline and OpenFrame::WebApp::Segment::User::Session.
