Uses some overload tricks and AUTOLOAD to allow chained method calls without needing to wrap in eval.

Instantiate a new EntityModel::Error object. Takes the following parameters:

• $parent - the parent error which raised this one
• $msg - error message, string
• $opt (optional) - hashref of options
