Changes for version 2.02 - 2017-11-21

  • use open ':std', ':encoding(utf8)';
  • new t/04_combined.t
  • Fix incorrect dependency for Text::VisualWidth::PP. Closes issue #1.
  • Add special test case.
  • Remove unnecessary, or even incorrect prototype.
  • Delete README.ja.pod.
  • This was unintended code, but works fine. (25->24)
