CGI-Lazy

Changes for version 1.09

-got religion on TDD. Expanded test suite. (Ok, Ok, actually wrote a test suite. It's about time. It's not much yet, but I'll expand on it, I promise.)

To install CGI::Lazy, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CGI::Lazy

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CGI::Lazy
