Dist-Zilla-Role-TextTemplater

Changes for version v0.8.3 - 2015-10-03

`Dist::Zilla::Role::MutableFile` introduced in `Dist::Zilla` version 5.000. In earlier versions there is no the role and so, file content is never updated, this causes test failure. The test skipped if Dist::Zilla < 5.0 to avoid test failure.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::Role::TextTemplater

perl -MCPAN -e shell
