Callbackgen is an internal utility used in building Verilog::Parser.
Creates "virtual callbackCb(...);"
Creates "virtual callbackCb(...) = 0;"
Creates XS code for accepting the callback.
Displays this message and program version and exits.
Enable debug.
Print the version number and exit.
