Further deprecate getElevation(), getAllElevations(), and related attributes. These now cause a warning on every use.
Add GitHub repository to metadata.

Elevation queries against USGS web services.

To install Geo::WebService::Elevation::USGS, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Geo::WebService::Elevation::USGS

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Geo::WebService::Elevation::USGS
