Changes for version 0.08

The title of the manual now default to the shortened title of the first added chapter.
Addition of a command-line utility: podmanual.

converts pods into docbook or pdf manual

Aggregates several PODs into a single manual

in lib/Pod/Manual/Docbook2LaTeX.pm

in lib/Pod/Manual/PodXML2Docbook.pm

To install Pod::Manual, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Pod::Manual

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Pod::Manual
