switch from Gtk2::Notify to Desktop::Notify due to reliability issues (Christian Garbs, PR#1)

Send log messages to a desktop notification system

To install Log::Dispatch::DesktopNotification, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Log::Dispatch::DesktopNotification

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Log::Dispatch::DesktopNotification
