Allow tests to run even if TESHA2 isn't installed. Thanks to Salvatore Bonaccorso for suggestion.

Simple method to get strong randomness

To install Crypt::Random::Seed, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Crypt::Random::Seed

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Crypt::Random::Seed
